TalentSpring is a learning management and knowledge base platform that enables organizations to drive training and retention by delivering content across mobile devices – anytime and anywhere. Some of the features include:
- A Library you can load with resources, such as on-the-job tools, reference materials, and so much more.
- Courses assigned by your organization, and contain trainer support and community boards.
- Quizzes, Polls, and Surveys to knowledge checks and to share insight.
- A Calendar and To-do list to track and manage events.
- Opportunities to earn Badges and advance in the Leaderboard.

Although anyone can download the TalentSpring app, you will need to be a part of an Organization or Company that has a subscription to access the full features and trainings of TalentSpring. Your Organization or Company will provide you with a username or email that you can use to login.
For Learners

Your organization’s administrator will set you up with TalentSpring. You will receive an email with your username (email address), a temporary password, and a link to the app.
- To sign in, type your email and temporary password.
- Click Login.
If supported by your organization, you can use your Google or MSOffice 365 credentials for a one-click sign-on or use the credentials your administrator provided.
Note: Upon signing in for the first time, you may change your password in Settings.
If you ever forget your password, don’t worry! You can reset by clicking Forgot Password and a new temporary password will be emailed to you.
TalentSpring courses are currently only available using mobile apps for iOS and Android phones and tablets.

TalentSpring uses Lazy Loading, a resource-saving technique that only loads a file when needed. The app may fail to load a Library item on the first try. If this happens, tap “Done” to return to the Library screen and then try to open your Library item again.

For Trainers

Yes! All organizational users can be enrolled in courses offered through the app.

Because MS Word docs are not native to Android and iOS, some features within the Word document may cause it to show up improperly. We recommend that you convert the document to PDF. This should resolve the issue.
There are default radio button and pre-defined text on some pages of TalentSpring. If there are non-default radio buttons selected or non-default text appears, you will need to clear your browser cache.
