Do I have to be part of an organization or company to access TalentSpring training?
Although anyone can download the TalentSpring app, you will need to be a part of an Organization or Company that has a subscription to access the full features and trainings of TalentSpring. Your Organization or Company will provide you with a username or email that you can use to login.

Why am I getting a blank screen when I try to view a file in the Library?
TalentSpring uses Lazy Loading, a resource-saving technique that only loads a file when needed. The app may fail to load a Library item on the first try. If this happens, tap “Done” to return to the Library screen and then try to open your Library item again.
I don’t see an answer to my question about the TalentSpring Mobile App.
I am a trainer. How do I create content for TalentSpring?

Can trainers also use the TalentSpring app as a learner?
Yes! All organizational users can be enrolled in courses offered through the app.
How do I use the TalentSpring web portal for the first time?
Some of my MS Word docs are not showing up properly in Android and iOS. What do I do?
Because MS Word docs are not native to Android and iOS, some features within the Word document may cause it to show up improperly. We recommend that you convert the document to PDF. This should resolve the issue.
Why are there pre-filled text or pre-selected radio buttons when I'm creating something new?
There are default radio button and pre-defined text on some pages of TalentSpring. If there are non-default radio buttons selected or non-default text appears, you will need to clear your browser cache. For more information on clearing your browser cache, please see the “Help” section of your browser.
